2. The technology behind our services

MM Recruitment uses recruitment technology provided by Laurus Operating System ("LOS") to help us manage candidate and employer relationships. Where LOS-powered systems are used to process your personal data (for example, a candidate or employer portal), that processing is carried out on MM Recruitment's behalf and is described in this policy. Full detail of exactly how this integration works is being finalised - see our LOS integration proposal for the current technical plan.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Information submitted through our contact and employer enquiry forms
  • If you register as a candidate in future: your CV, work history, and other information relevant to your job search
  • If you register as an employer in future: your company details and hiring requirements
  • Standard technical information collected by our website hosting provider (see our Cookie Policy)

Candidate and employer portal accounts are not yet available - this section will be expanded with full detail once that functionality is live.

We use your information to respond to your enquiries, to provide recruitment and consultancy services, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
